Terms of use

By using EasyGPA you accept these terms. They are deliberately short.

The service

EasyGPA provides free grade-point calculators and planning tools for personal, educational use. The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or be discontinued without notice.

Accuracy and authority

Calculations use the standard US 4.0 grade scale as published on this site. Institutions set their own scales, weighting rules, retake and rounding policies, and those official rules always override results shown here. EasyGPA results are planning estimates — not official transcripts, not academic advice, and not a substitute for your institution's records or your academic advisor.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it. Automated access that degrades the service for others is not permitted. Ordinary search engines and AI crawlers are welcome, as set out in our robots policy.

Paid plans

Any Pro tier shown on this site is a coming-soon preview. It is not available for purchase, no payment is collected, and describing it creates no obligation on either side.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyGPA and its maker are not liable for decisions made in reliance on calculator results. Check important figures against your official transcript.
